Pete's Walks - Lesser Stitchwort

I have only seen this flower a few times, despite it being as widespread as Greater Stitchwort which is one of the plants I saw most frequently on my second Chiltern Way walk. Probably that is because Lesser Stitchwort prefers more acid soils, such as heathland, than its larger relative. It flowers from May to August.
