Also known as Town-hall Clock (because it has 4 sides with a flower on each side and it looks like a miniature clock tower). This is a very unusual flowering plant, not related to any other and so in a separate scientific family. It can be quite common throughout the UK apart from the north of Scotland. It flowers in April and May.
