This also commonly known as Bittersweet. It is less poisonous than Deadly Nightshade, with which it is sometimes confused. It grows in a variety of habitats from shingle to scrub and woodland, flowering between May and September. I have seen it frequently on my walks, including here in my home village of Kensworth.
